Another step forward towards the development of lunar exploration
Neamine, headquartered in France and Tumi Robotics, headquartered in Peru, graduated from the fourth batch (SSP4) of the ESRIC Start-up Support Programme and will both start their operations in Luxembourg in early 2025

Luxembourg has significantly bolstered its position in the space industry, particularly with the consolidation of the In-Situ Resource Utilisation (ISRU) cluster. This strategic move aims to advance technologies that enable the prospection, extraction and utilisation of resources from celestial bodies, such as the Moon.
“This development is currently attracting global companies and startups, fostering deeptech innovation and creating new business opportunities in the space sector, ultimately positioning Luxembourg as a key player in the international arena” says Lari Cujko, ISRU Commercialization Lead at ESRIC.
During the upcoming 12-24 months incubation phase, these two ventures will establish registered business branches in Luxembourg and hosted at Technoport. They will receive comprehensive technical, business, and marketing support from a team of business innovation experts from ESRIC, ESA and many experts, unlocking up to €200,000 non-equity funding.
- About Neamine: Neamine is the first French start-up to develop energy solutions based on concentrated sunlight for terrestrial and lunar industries. Neamine will deploy thermal energy supply and energy storage solutions that will change the paradigm for powering energy-intensive space resource payloads. As a long-term vision, Neamine aims to leverage its energy solution to produce and commercialise resources such as oxygen extracted from lunar regolith, which will be used to refuel lunar landers and other spacecraft.
